As a small business, we take pride in the fact that every item we sell is made to order with meticulous care and attention to detail. We do not maintain an inventory of pre-made products, and each item is created especially for you.
Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to initiate a return. Here's what you need to know:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or if there was an error in the item shipped to you, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you in arranging for a return or exchange.

Incorrect Sizing: Please carefully review our sizing charts before placing your order to ensure that you select the correct size. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, as each product is made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

Change of Mind: If you receive an item that matches the specifications you provided but have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product, we are unable to accept returns for these reasons. We recommend checking the product details and size charts thoroughly before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged item or an incorrect shipment, please contact our customer support team at shop@fullhousefashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for any damages or discrepancies, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
